Do the givens. 

Draw line segment by clicking twice in drawing pad. 
Point A
Point B
a=Segment[A,B]

Get ready to draw circles with a radius bigger than 1/2 of AB. 

Draw a third point on the line segment AB about 2/3 of the way from A to B.

Point C
C=Point[a]

Draw 2 circles with radius AC  one with center A and other with center B. 

Draw circle with radius AC and center A by clicking on points A, C and A. 
Circle b=Circle[A, Segment[A, C] 

Draw circle with radius AC and center A by clicking on points A, C and B. 
Circle c=Circle[B, Segment[A, C] 
Draw intersection points of circles


Draw point D by clicking on top intersection point of circles b and c. 
D=Intersect[c, d, 1]. 

Draw point E by clicking on bottom intersection point of circles b and c. 
E=Intersect[c, d, 2]. 
Draw bisector. (This line is also perpendicular to AB). 

Draw line through D and E by clicking on points D and E. 
b=Line[D,E] 
Draw midpoint M. 

Draw point F by clicking on intersection point of circles b and c. 
F=Intersect[a, b]. 
Label: Use rightclick to rename F to M.
Decorate: Rightclick on any object, choose "Properties" and go for it! When done, click on Close. 
Check construction. 

Click and drag endpoints of ends of segment to change its size. 
The point M should be midpoint. 
Save construction. Command: File > Save.
